All content available on the service is uploaded and managed by the operator. Customers are not allowed to upload content to the service.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all purchases and payments. All purchases are subject to our acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse any order.

6. Delivery

Purchased sheet music will be delivered in digital download format upon completion of the purchase, and a download link can be provided for subsequent access.

7. Returns and Refunds

All products are available for digital download only. There are no physical products, and nothing will be shipped to your physical mailing address.

Please understand that since these products are digital downloads and there is no way for us to have the product "returned", our official store policy is No Refunds. If you have a question or concern about a product, you can always reach out to our contact email.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Indemnification

The Operator shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the Members if such damage is caused by disruptions in systems that can occur without its willful misconduct or gross negligence. In this case, such misconduct can be considered similar to misconduct in the course of managing, checking, repairing, and replacing equipment, such as servers or operating software. The Operator is also not liable for any damage suffered by the Members if it is caused by any third party's attack, the distribution of computer viruses for which any anti-virus/vaccines have not been developed by domestic or foreign prestigious research institutions or security-related companies, or force majeure events that cannot be otherwise controlled by the Operator.
